June

I can't promise that I will catch up or keep up. But here is a snap shot. We moved to Princeton, NJ in May. We are 2 months into our new life on the East Coast. I'll be honest, I didn't think this is where we would end up. But we are enjoying the adventure so far.

Strawberry picking in Yardley, PA. They loved the wagon ride.

Sesame Street Place (Also in PA)!! We met the Laughlin Family there. We are SO happy to have some of our favorite friends in Connecticut. The kids LOVED Sesame Place.

 Watching Elmo's World Live!
Tori and Leah with Dorthy!

Tori and Leah dancing in the Parade.

My sister Ashlee was the first one out to see us! It was perfect timing and so fun to have a buddy for week. We took a day trip to Philadelphia... Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. I need to explore more here!

Our first trip to the Jersey Shore {with Ashlee too!} was a success! You have to pay admission to the beach shore.... but it was great. The sand was nice and clean and the water was fun to play in, much warmer than the Northern California beaches we are missing. It was a quick drive too. Going back very soon!

Tori's 2nd hair cut.
Tea time with Dad!
Henry's first movie at the theater. He loved it!
Fun in the backyard of our temporary housing...
 Unplanned trip to the dentist....
Dr. says this probably isn't the first time Tori has knocked her front teeth a bit... Her baby teeth have no roots and the big teeth are on the way {a few tears from me}... so we are just keeping an eye on those slightly wiggly teeth. And trying to stick with the no more monkey's jumping on the bed....
Another adventure picking fruit. Loved these fresh blueberries!

Finished up with some apple slush. yum!

May

Out exploring... getting lost... jug handles... odd weather....

Walking to downtown Princeton

New favorite park

Nearby ponds - Tori was excited to learn you can skate on this pond in the winter

Our first trip across the Delaware into PA at Washington's Crossing. It is about 20 minutes away.

A nice day for picnic

Making friends at the outlet mall

Princeton Firestone Library, it has the cutest children's library and the BEST story time for preschoolers

New yumminess!

Memorial Day Parade

Strawberry picking at Terhune.

REUNITED! With the Laughlin's! A daytrip to a children's zoo in northern New Jersey. So great to see our friends!!! A little confusing to the Henrys

Add in some house hunting and that about sums it up.

Princeton Tigers

Sorry Tiger Fans.... but we are still all Cardinal.
